What is included in each Membership Level?
Basic – This option is free if you would like to purchase a live pay-per-view ticket. You will not receive access to the on-demand video library or select live events that are exclusive to premium members. Each pay-per-view ticket gives you access to the on-demand replay for that particular event.

Premium Membership (Monthly) – This option is $9.99/month, recurring and billed on the same date each month it was started until canceled. You will receive access to thousands of on-demand videos and over 50 live events in 2019. You also have the ability to purchase pay-per-view tickets with this membership level.

Premium Membership (Yearly)  – This option is $79.99/year, recurring and billed on the same date each year it was started until canceled. You will receive a 10% discount toward each pay-per-view ticket. You also receive access to thousands of on-demand videos and over 50 live events in 2019.

Can I upgrade my basic membership to a Premium membership?

Yes. You may upgrade your basic membership to a premium membership at any time by logging in and joining the monthly or yearly program.

Do you offer one “all-inclusive” membership to everything you offer?

At this time, we do not offer a universal membership that includes every PPV event plus the on-demand library. The “crown jewel” events are still mostly PPV. There are many aspects that are involved with each track/event/series and that is where it stands currently.

Can I share a membership?

No, memberships are exclusive to the sole user.

How do I know if my internet is strong enough to stream the live events included with the memberships or for a single pay-per-view event?

We recommend a strong, direct connection of at least 15 mbps for the best quality. Wifi speeds can vary from minute to minute dependent on several factors. Internet providers sell you internet speeds best on the fastest possible speed for that service but that does not guarantee that you are getting those speeds at all times.

Always check your own, current, internet speeds before proceeding. You can do so for free at: www.speedtest.net or www.speedof.me.

Do you offer technical support with my smart TV or secondary device?

No, we do not offer direct technical support on secondary devices, but most people generally have good results using them.

Where can I get technical support?

I’m not sure if my membership purchase went through or if it is expired. Is there a way to check?

How do I cancel my membership?

Where can I find the on-demand video library once I subscribe?

Once you’re logged into your account, click the “On Demand Videos” tab.

Do you have a schedule of the live events that are included in the monthly/yearly membership?

We sure do! It can be found under the “schedule” tab.

Where can I find the on-demand replay of an event?

Full-length replays are included with each PPV event ticket. They are not available for premium members unless you have purchased the individual event ticket. However, many of the live events have lengthy highlights which are included in the Network.

It says the username is in use. What should I do?

Chances are, at some point, the username or email address has already been used to create an account. If you’ve forgotten your password, please follow the ‘forgot password” link or email support@speed51.com if you need further assistance with your username or password. Please do not create a separate account as memberships and PPV “tickets” are attached to a single account. If you’re unsure whether or not you have one, email us! We’re happy to check for you.

Do you have a step-by step process for purchasing a pay-per-view ticket?

  1. You must have a basic membership (free) for the “ticket” to attach. Once it’s created, login to your account.
  2. Once you’re logged in, click on the event you’d like to purchase and enter payment info. If you’re unsure of whether or not it went through, email support@speed51.com and we’ll check for you.
  3. After the event goes live, make sure you’re logged in to only one device (it will kick you out if you try more) and click the green “watch now” button.

What is your refund policy?

We strive to be fair, and in doing so, have created a Terms of Service section that must be read before purchasing a membership or PPV ticket.
